We offer a one-time exchange, within 100 nights from the date your mattress was delivered/picked up. We provide store credit toward purchase of another mattress of any brand, of equal value, less a 10% fee, not to exceed $199. If you reselect a mattress of greater value, we will provide full store credit, and waive the 10% fee. Please note that there is a $99 charge for delivery/pickup on any exchange order.
We can only offer a full refund and cancellation of an order prior to delivery. Once a mattress is delivered, we can only offer exchange, but will not charge any "restocking" fees. This does not apply to furniture, accessories, or custom/special orders. Unlike other stores, we can offer full store credit, before delivery, for exchange of any special order. Please provide notice at least 48 hours prior to delivery date.
Law tag must remain on the mattress. Returns and exchanges are void if law tag is removed.
Mattress cannot be returned or exchanged due to normal wear and tear, stains left by consumer, or because of insufficient support.
Please allow 30 nights settling period, as the materials will feel firmer than they should for anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month from when you receive it. We can make an exception to the initial 30-night break in period if we deem the mattress has already settled in but still causing any discomfort. As we offer this purely as a service to make sure you get a good night's sleep, we can only offer a one-time exchange, but ensure that our staff is knowledgeable and will help find the right mattress for your best night’s sleep.
Furniture and Special Orders
Bed frames and related furniture items are special orders. Once they are in production, orders cannot be canceled. There are no returns of furniture or adjustable bases after they have been delivered.
Pillows, comforters, toppers and other bedding items, custom sized mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases are not returnable. Full extra-long and split queen or split king mattresses are considered custom sized mattresses as are any mattresses or foundations made to order in a special size at your request.
Any C.O.D balance must be paid in full before merchandise is brought into your home. We don't mind if C.O.D is paid at the same time the merchandise is being delivered, but any remaining balance on the order must be paid in full of before any new merchandise gets unloaded and set up into your home.
Delivery times are approximate. We will do our best to be precise, considering traffic and other deliveries. We will call you the night before your delivery to give you a two-hour estimated time frame and we will also call before we leave the stop before you to make sure you are at home. Please have the area clear and free of clutter. Remove linens before delivery. We will remove your old mattress and box spring upon delivery for recycling, in compliance with Section 42985 of the California Public Resources Code, and the Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Program Regulations (the Regulations), 14 CCR § 18959-18971.
